Had an amazing food coma after savouring @veloristorante ‘a “Journey of Italy” tasting menu to celebrate @gaiagroup.hk 20th anniversary! 🥳🥳 Particularly loved the volcano tomatoes with earthy taste with my yummy fresh fish that melts in my mouth (Pic 1,7,8) . Also one of my favourite dishes is the Truffle scrambled eggs with Roasted Porcini Mushroom (Pic 6). Staff is super helpful and nice as well, our server Quentin was great. Recommend tasting this menu for all connoisseurs of Italian food 🇮🇹
